"I thought these were great. I had purchased some from the store and noticed they had gone bad before I could use them. Thankfully, these were so easy I threw them together in time for dinner. "These were excellent. I did as one reviewer suggested and cut the potatoes like thick french fries and allowed them to marinate for a few hours before cooking. They were crispy and very brown but did not taste burnt. They were a great compliment to the lemon chicken. Thank you!"
