    My passion is food and I love to cook.  My specialty are recipes that have bold flavors and are low calorie/high protein. However, I do know how to indulge with the best of them!

    Favorite Foods

    Soft shell crab season is a very happy time of the year for me. I consider myself a conniseur of Mexican/Tex-Mex food. I wish I was better at making BBQ, but i'm working on it. I love to grow my own vegetables which includes tomatoes, squash and radishes this year. I'm working on asparagus, and I have about one year left to harvest.
