"This was perfect! I was looking for a strawberry topping for a cheesecake I made. I used 4 tsp of cornstarch, and that made it just the right consistency. However, I used a LOT more than 2 tsp of sugar. I added at least 4 tablespoons, maybe more. The frozen strawberries I used had a LOT of ice clumped around them so that probably gave me a little ..."

"This was very easy to make... I feel like it took less than the suggested time. I did not have any onions or peppers to use but it still turned out well. I only had shell macaroni, which did the job. I mixed in some shredded cheddar and topped with sour cream."

"Ok so I didn't use any escarole, but this pasta gets 5 stars regardless! (Not sure what escarole is but I'm pretty sure I don't have any. I had to use stewed tomoatoes (canned instead of sun-dried. I did add 1/2 cup tomato paste toward the end, and I stirred in 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzeralla cheese after that. It was so good we all had thirds! ..."

"This stuff rocks! It had the same texture as pulled pork. I used all these ingredients, except the onions. However, I must admit that I added 1 cup Budweiser-flavored BBQ sauce (from Harris Teeter. I guess my "Low" setting on the crockpot must be higher than normal because it only took 4 hrs and 45 min TOTAL, and it was probably done before that."

He said it WAS spicy enough for him, which I was concerned about. I will be making this over and over for years to come!"

"These cookies were sooo good - and easy! They turned out flawless and I didn't refrigerate the dough at all, nor did I roll it out with a roller. We simply flattened some dough out on the cookie sheet with our palms and used the rim of a glass to cut them into circles. (I did grease the cookie sheet.
