    About Me

I am a 27 year old psych nurse. I am happily married to the most wonderful man, and mommy to a pug and three cats.  I love to cook, the more creative I can be with it, the happier I am. I love to travel.

    Favorite Foods

Hands down, my favorite food is spaghetti. Followed by a really good steak. In our house, I am the one that whips up recipes, and my husband is the one that takes care of cooking (or grilling, what have you) the meats. I enjoy looking for new recipes to try, but I am notorious for tweaking them on the first try. I like cookbooks, but I have to be honest and say that I am not impressed with Rachael Ray's recipes. I have tried a few, and I was just not thrilled with them. The one food that I cannot stand is lettuce. I feel that you can never have too much onion, too much basil, or too much cheese in a recipe.
