Reviewed Simply Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

"Fantastic! I added several different spices to the chicken and a clove of garlic, these enchiladas were the best ever. We have a couple of other enchilada recipes in our cookbook and we will be placing them with this little gem. I also did not add the sauce to the enchiladas until after cooking them. I cooked them for 15 mins and added the chee..."

    Reviewed Butterfinger Pie

"I don't know...I think this pie is ok. Doesn't seem quite sweet enough or flavorful, I had to add 2 teaspoons of vanilla for flavor to salvage this. I followed the directions to a "T" but seemed rather cream cheesy to me. I will try is again and add another candy bar to it."

Reviewed " Whatever Floats Your Boat" Brownies!

"I really like these brownies. I make them often and I find that if I use 3 eggs instead of 2, they are much better. It could be my oven, I don't know. But when I use 2 eggs they seem thinner and dryer. That third egg really does the trick. I have tried many brownie recipes from here and other sites and this is by far the best one. Thank you!"

    Reviewed Cinnamon Coffee Cake

"Fantastic cake! I made it according to directions and drizzled a glaze over it at the end. Delicious!! My father in law is a fussy eater and he said, "Don't wait 5 years to make this again, this is excellent!" Thanks for a great recipe."

Reviewed Easy Creamy Sour Cream Chicken Casserole

"Very good recipe. The only thing I didn't like about it was the fact it was just chicken. No rice, no noodles so I made this my own. I added 1 cup of cooked mixed veggies, 6 ounces of cooked extra broad egg noodles, sauteed 4 stalks of diced celery along with 1/2 half of a vidalia onion in 2 tablespoons of butter. I took the Ritz crackers and m..."

    Reviewed Chocolate Cream Pie

"I have made this pie twice and the first time the pie filling was a little too runny even after all of the time spent cooking it on the stove and being refrigerated. So the second time around I used an extra teaspoon of cornstarch and it came out perfect. The filling was yummy and firm as it should be. When the pie was cut into the filling didn'..."
