"I made this over the weekend to go with some grilled tri-tip and it was delicious! I used more quinoa, about 1 cup and added fresh corn to it. The dressing was very mild but perfect to compliment all the fresh flavors in the dish. This morning I had some that was leftover for breakfast. I warmed it in a pan and then topped it with an over easy egg..."

"I made this yesterday with lemons from our tree. It is very good! I douled the recipe to fill a 1G pitcher. I only used a total of 1 1/2 sugar & I think it is the perfect sweet/tart ratio."

"These muffins were great! I subbed a 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour and used 12 oz (2 yoplait containers of lemon burst yogurt. I also squeezed a half a lemon into the batter because it did look dry and I wanted good lemon flavor. The lemon flavor was a little too mild for me...maybe I'll add the juice of a whole lemon next time. Otherwise, the muf..."

"I made these this week & they are very good! I added fresh strawberries & about a 1/4 cup more WW flour to offset the moisture of the strawberries. They were not too mushy in the center as one would expect. It could use a bit more sweetness next time but overall, a good low fat recipe!"

"These were so good! I made them last night per my bf's request for a Vday treat & he loved them! I only made half the recipe, baked for 17mins and it turned out perfect. I added a bit more chocolate then I called for and may have overpowered the PB taste a bit but that's ok. I will make these again!"

"These muffins were amazing!!! I made them using chunky, organic PB, sugarfree strawberry jelly and I replaced a 1/2 cup whole wheat flour for 1/2 cup AP flour. The muffins tasted just like a PB&J sandwich and were perfect for grab & go breakfasts with a big glass of milk. I kept them in the fridge and just warmed them in the microwave for about 2..."

"I made this last night when I ws looking for a quick and easy pasta dish for meatless mondays. It was very good and very easy to make. I usually always have a container of shredded 4-cheese italian blend and so that is what I used instead of the parm. I was unfortunately at the very end of the container so I did not have the amount called for in..."

The bread was delicious & so moist. It was a little sticky on top but I didn't mind it. I also love that it is a healthy recipe that I can have for a quick breakfast with coffee without fe..."

"This came out good. I cooked it at 70% power for 1 minute. I put it on top of toast with sliced ham. The white was still a little runny but the yolk was cooked like a hard boiled egg. I may not have pierced the yolk enough. Overall quick & easy, I'll just have to play around with the cooking time to get that perfect runny egg."
