Reviewed Best Ever BBQ Sauce
"This was good but wasn't great for me. I made it to use with left over roasted chicken for BBQ shredded chicken sandwiches. Definitely tangy and spicy. I didn't have paprika so mixed some cayenne (but less). And I definitely will look to do BBQ sauce this way over bottled. Might try the molasses suggestion too."

Reviewed Fresh Peach Cobbler, the Absolutely Best Ever
"Loved it!!!!! I grew up with bisquick cobbler so my criteria was pretty low and this will keep me away from the bisquick version forever. "With a dubious family, I made this as part of my attempt at removing starching rice from some of our meals and using more quinoa. And it was a huge hit. I live in Orange County, CA. I grew up here and the roots haven't stopped growing. Our household is pretty simple, a husband, a teenager and a cat. I really enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. I grew up on good old American comfort food and my husband grew up on good old mexican staples such as tortillas and beans. Both of which I've never mastered making from scratch; although I'm getting close on the refried beans. We enjoy just hanging out around home as much as we enjoy traveling all over.
