    About Me

    I began cooking about 5 or 6 years ago and found that I not only loved doing it, but I was amazed at the variety of meals I was preparing. From Italian to Barbecue and most everything in between. I live with my wife in the Tampa Bay area and often cook breakfasts for a group of guys in one of our beautiful parks. About the only food I haven't gotten accustomed to is liver. Can't stand it.. wife loves it.

    Favorite Foods

    I of course love to cook barbecue. From ribs to tender beef brisket. Italian is another favorite of ours. Bolognese sauce with papadelle noodles, chicken cacciatore to die for and of course the old standbye meatballs and sausage in a deep, thick red sauce.
