"I made this tonight and it was amazing! This was my first attempt at making a pork shoulder and my only regret was that I didn't have a bigger shoulder! I didn't have oregano so I used italian seasoning and I also don't own a mortar and pestal so I had to "mash" the garlic and seasonings together with the end of my wooden spoon, and it still cam..."

"OH I love this recipe! I have made this a couple of times with different combinations of fruit. I was afraid to try with grapefruit so I left that out each time. This is delicious, subtle, and very easy to make. This recipe doubles easily and makes a wonderful presentation. I have never had any leftovers! Thanks for great recipe."

"This is delicious and so creative! I made this recently for a friends shower and got tons of requests for the recipe. My punch bowl was a little too small, so I had to divide it into two before adding the icecream. It was nice to have the second one already ready and waiting. I will definitly be making this again!"

The only thing that I did different was that I put all of the jelly bean "nipples" on first. This allowed them to dry a little. "Made this for a baby shower recently. I have never done anything like this before but found this to be fairly easy to do. Perfection is not required thankfully! This was a huge success. I did not use the dressing because the fruit was so delicious. Thanks for a wonderful idea!"

"So I love this recipe! I made it with oxtails and short ribs because my family won't eat ham hocks. Boiling them first really does make a difference. So much less greasy fat and tons of flavor! I browned the meat after rising. Also added a little jerk seasoning for our taste. Filled the house with a wonderful aroma! Will def make this again! Thank..."

"My family really enjoyed this recipe. I did make some alterations based on the ingredients I had on hand. I did not have saffron and I used italian sausage and it still came out great. Also used smoked paprika instead of sweet. I will def make this again."

"We were given a giant bag of basmati rice so i had to cook it but, I admit to being very nervous about this! It was just as easy as everyone has said! The rice came out perfect! This is most definitely a keeper. Next time I will try cooking with chicken broth instead of water! Thanks Stardust!"
