I'm a wife and mommy. I wouldn't say I love to cook, but I do enjoy it. It can be quite a challenge at times. My husband is diabetic, my son is super picky, and I have a corn allergy and I can't have anything with tomatoes. Fun times, I tell ya. We are learning to deal with it. Because of my intolerance/allergy the easy convenience foods are out. I can't eat very many prepackaged foods so I have to make almost everything from scratch. Yes, that is a healthier way to live, but it sure can be a pain at times. Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting some new ideas.
Pretty much everything I can't have. :) Seriously, I love fresh fruit, stir fried beef with lots of green bell peppers, onions, and a touch of soy sauce.
