    About Me

    I was born and raised in BC and now live in a small town in the picturesque Okanagan Valley. We are well known for our lakes, the Ogo Pogo, orchards and more recently and our vineyards. The desert heat in the summer and mild winters help produce some of the finest produce and wines in the world. What better place to experiment with the culinary arts and pair it with a local wine.

    Favorite Foods

    I enjoy all types of cooking and food as long as it is fresh and healthy. I prefer starting from scratch rather than using packaged. I also try and keep the calories down when I can.
    I love culinary creations from all over the world: Greek Italian, Asian, Indian, Mexican and more. I also recently upgraded my slow cooker, so I am looking for creative recipes to use with it.
