"Great potato salad! I made this salad for my Bunko group first and it was a definite hit. My daughter tasted it and loved it so I had to make it again a couple days later for her. The only changes I made were to cut the vinegar in half (too sour and added about 6 hard boiled eggs cut up. Definitely a keeper!"
