"A good bread. Mine was a little crumbly for a sandwich, but otherwise an excellent low carb bread. Used almond milk, because that's what I had, and it worked fine. Also used coconut oil, because I noticed it keeps home made bread from getting moldy so fast. Update--if you put your bread machine on manual, you can make excellent rolls & sub san..."

"These are good short ribs. I've followed "beef & beer" recipies before, and the beer you use makes a big difference in flavor. Also, my store only had 2 lb. packages of short ribs, so I mixed the ribs with 1 lb of beef stew meat. The ribs taste better than the stew meat. Maybe the fat is better at absorbing the flavor. What on earth makes the total carbs 158.9 grams?? The measurements exclude the kim chee & the fish cakes. What's left, the rice?"

"Very good. Didn't have shrimp, so I used ocean scallops. Other than that, followed the recipe, frying it in a combo of oil and bacon grease.Delicious. Had left over sauce--it works well as a spread. Going to try it on fish tacos next."

"This was good. I used a packet of yeast, which is think is a little more than 2 tea., and I took the other person's suggestion of adding a little vanilla. I also used UCO (unrefined coconut oil instead of the margarine; still turned out fine."

"This dessert was my Thanksgiving contribution, and everyone loved it. I used the gingersnaps like Jessica suggested, upped the spices like "Got Twins" suggested. Good results. Some at the party felt I should make these and sell them. Yep, a keeper."
