"I'm not sure why other reviewers didn't love this... I thought these biscotti were really great. I love how every biteful has a bunch of nuts and fruit in it. I baked these for holiday cookies, and everyone raved about them; in fact, I am writing this review making a second batch in 48 hours! [Edit] This is my go-to biscotti recipe. I make it ever..."

"I love this barbecue sauce. It's tangy, and is versatile when I would like for it to have a kick or mild when I am using it for a group to entertain. I mainly use it for my barbecue chicken flat bread, and it is always a hit. I never have to worry about not having barbecue sauce or having to buy it pre-made, because I usually always have the ingre..."

"We really enjoyed this.I wouldn't say that it's exactly like Panda Express' orange chicken, but it is very good. I used chicken breasts and I substituted orange juice for water in the orange sauce, and I'm glad I made the substitution. It definitely brought the flavor to another level. Like other reviewers, I wish I had doubled the sauce! My boyfr..."

"These were very good! I agree with Sam's Mom, that they resemble an elegant snickerdoodle. I usually do not have regular butter in the fridge, so I substituted with Smart Balance Light. The taste was delicious, but I didn't get that crispiness signified by this cookie's name. I'm going to assume that the lack of butter/shortening was the factor fo..."

"We really enjoyed the texture of these. They are very moist and fluffy. I separated the egg and beat the white until they were stiff to make an even fluffier pancake. Contrary to other reviewers, I wish my pancake was a little thicker. I think the batter could also use a little more flavor --- more vanilla or cinnamon perhaps? I did use 1% and fat..."

"These were very unique cookies. I did not use rice flour, since I do not have that on hand, and used regular quinoa that I toasted with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar. I was hoping for a crunchier cookie, but the qunioa definitely gives it an interesting texture. I added an egg to half of my batch like another reviewer suggested, but we preferre..."

"These were good and fluffy. I was hoping for a more stick-to-the-roof-of-your-mouth, smooth, velvety texture, but my boyfriend said these were the best pancakes I have ever made. I dusted the final product with powdered sugar and drizzled them with honey."

"This was really good! I added a nice splash of orange juice to the marinade, which was added a nice dimensions of flavor. I served it with an orange-lime sauce and summer veggies."

"I altered this recipe a little, but loved the concept! I used the said amount of marmalade, but I didn't have fresh limes so I just added the subitized amount of lime juice to the sauce. I also didn't have ginger, so it was omitted. This went so nicely with the citrus chicken I made tonight, and I am adding this recipe to my cookbook."

"Yum! I served this with blackened grouper and jasmine rice. It was delicious! The jalapeno adds the perfect amount of zing to this salsa, and the rest of the ingredients compliment each other nicely. I will make this again. Thanks, Rita :]"
