I am from Mexico, half lebanese and live in The Netherlands.
I looooove home made stuff, made from scratch.
I really enjoy making and spicing up my meals.
I love cooking mexican food, sometimes libanese (but gee is soooo much work), but i am always open to learn how to prepare new things, try new spices and ingredients...
I enjoy varying everynight what we eat at home, including different veggies and making interesting combinations and sooome times i repeat a recipe. I like to introduce new ingredients and to try as many new recipes as i can, as it's just fun
My rice and my pasta salad are very famous :), but certainly like my grandma taught me, Love is the secret ingredient that needs to be in every dish.
