Over the years I have become a "foodie". I am retired now so I have more time to experiment. I have spent some time in Germany, New York, and the southern US. Both parents were, and my wife is, a good cook. When I cook, my wife is usually the sous chef and vice versa when she cooks. It works out great. Someday I would like to have a small breakfast/lunch reastaurant in a small town where people can just eat good food and hang out.
Italian, Mexican, and of course, good old American comfort food.
