"Wow!! What a great flavor combo - reminded me a lot of German sweet and sour red cabbage. The guys LOVED these! Mine turned out really mushy though but I think that is because I used frozen ones. I will use fresh ones next time. Oh, and instead of plain Dijon mustard I got horseradish-Dijon. It was great! Thanks for the great recipe!"

"Yummm!! I used Rediwhip instead of cool whip but it turned out awesome!! So yummy!! I also didn't fold in nuts because I don't like them but I'm sure they would have been good for someone who does. I would highly recommend this recipe - so easy and so good and a pretty shade of pink too!!"

"These potatoes tasted OK. I thought they were too sweet with all the cream cheese - almost like cheesecake. The guys liked them though. I found that 8 hours on "low" was too long. 5 hours would have been plenty as at that point it all started turning an unappealing shade of off-white/tan."
