    About Me

I have been searching for and creating spelt & oat flour versions of my favorite wheat flour foods.

    Favorite Foods

I'm following the Blood Type B Diet.
I love anything with fruit or veggies. I'm also a big fan of fresh pastas. My current goal is to can pasta, chef-boy-r-dee style. I Love Ravioli! Carrot pasta with grilled vegetable filling. Heart-shaped beet flavored pasta filled with artichoke. Lemon Fettuccine with scallops. This way after one long day of kneading, filling, and pressure cooking, I can enjoy raviolis for months without the hassle.
