New Topic Looking for a couple of Chinese Recipes in Recipe Requests - General

"I am looking for two recipes. I would like to have one for Chinese Peppered Steak and Chinese Salt & Pepper Shrimp. I have ate these two things at a Local Chinese place, they are really delicious. I would love to have the recipes. So if anyone has them or any like them please let me know."
