"Absolutely wonderful chili! I doubled the recipe for a large crowd, using lean ground beef, frozen peppers and onions (in addition to three chopped onions, four cloves of freshly-minced garlic, and one can of mild and two cans of "original" Rotel tomatoes. I left out the jalapenos, and the folks that ate it were glad I did; the heat was perfect..."

"This is a very good "diet" cake, & it does get passed around the Weight Watchers groups. It comes out to about 3 points per serving for 12 servings. I like to add a couple of egg whites to give it a little more "lift." I've used Diet Dr. Pepper, diet cherry cola, and many other combinations. It's also good to mix some fat-free pudding (dry in..."

"These were amazing! My first attempt at making bagels, & I was SO impressed. I substituted 1 cup of whole wheat flour for 1 cup of the white (made them just 2 Weight Watchers points each!, & I made the dough in my bread machine. I sprinkled poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic flakes and onion flakes on top to make Everything bagels; next time, I'..."

"The is the BEST cheeseball! I used chopped green onions and a bit more Worcestershire. It's also great with ham instead of beef. There's never any leftovers!"

"I followed the directions to a "T," and this came out more like chocolate goo than fudge. The consistency is similar to toffee. It took over two hours to make, too, between the boiling, the cooling, etc. I guess I'll stick to the marshmallow type of fudge."

"Wonderful! We call this "taffy apple salad," & my husband and daughter fought over the last of it. Light & healthy--what more could I want?"

"Wow...what a wonderful salad/dessert! Fast, easy, and remarkably delicious! I've tried a different version that had much more fat & calories (with peanuts & sugar, and this one beats it hands down for me. It's a great, healthy serving of fruit, and it tastes like I'm eating something much more sinful. Fantastic!!"

"This is SO good--and easy, too! It's a perfect combination of creamy and crunchy, and it's absolutely delicious. I made it for a "welcome back" party at work, and my coworkers loved it too. I'll definitely be making this again!"

"Amazing! I was craving sloppy joes, & this was just perfect-- a wonderful balance of sweet & tangy! I used Morningstar Farms veggie crumbles instead of the beef, which took it down to only 2 Weight Watcher points. I also used 2 tsp. of cornstarch instead of the arrowroot--not at all watery that way, and it didn't add anything to the 2 points. I..."
