"I made this for Thanksgiving last year and although it was a very tasty pie, it was super light due to the cream cheese and as a result, tasted more like pumpkin cheese cake. The flavor was good and we all enjoyed it, but I wouldn't call it pumpkin pie. If looking for a fluffy pumpkin flavored cheese cake, then definitely give this a go!"

I did not have riccota so I used low fat cream cheese with fresh grated parmesean, pine nuts (not toasted, fresh basil, dried oregano and pepper. I mixed togetherin my little hand mixer unt ..."

"Needs more sugar!! Otherwise, this is very good for a whole wheat muffin. The consistency is light, not dense and it is quite moist. As per other reviews, I used 1 whoe egg and a 1/4 cup more blueberries. Also 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup honey plust a tbsp of Splenda. This was NOT enough sugar. I don't like things very sweet, but even for me, ..."

I made the marinade with a couple minor changes: pineapple/ strawberry/ orange juice blend, used apple cider vinegar, 3/4 tbsp ground giner (instead of fresh. I mixed and then added 4 chicken breasts to marinate overnight. Baked the chicken at 350 for 25 minutes. Took the rest of the marinade ..."

"This was a good dressing. I used 1/2 cup oil instead as I thought 1 would be too much and it came out just right for my taste. Next time I might add a little extra sugar (or splenda to make a touch sweeter. Thanks you!!"

"Great recipe! Made the following adjustments: Used 22 oz fresh blueberries and 12 oz of fresh sliced strawberries, 1/4 cup splenda, 1.5 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp vanilla. For the topping, I just used the brown sugar and flour, no oats and it was enough to cover. Used a Marie Calendars deep dish pie crust which I first baked at 400 degrees for 10 m..."
