"Wonderful! Great combination of flavors and I especially appreciated that this could be popped in the microwave. I made this for Christmas dinner along with a spiral ham and my brother, who does not like sweet potatoes enjoyed this!"

"Loved this! Great and easy way to prepare asparagus. Made it for Christmas dinner and some where even eating it as finger food. I guess they wanted to get it to their mouths ASAP! Nice for last minute - ham came out of the oven and the asparagus went in. No more soggy stovetop asparagus for us! THANKS for a great and easy recipe!"

"Loved the fact that melted butter is used - no waiting for butter to soften. I didn't have nuts on hand but will try that next time. Very moist, easy and tasty."

"Loved this tasty, filling and inexpensive to make side dish and will add it to my regulars. I too added 1 can of cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 c. milk and topped with shredded cheddar before adding the bread crumbs. Outstanding!"

"Very tender and moist. I also used bone in chops and served this recipe with wide egg noodles. Wouldn't change anything and will definately make again!"

"I love anything banana flavored but thought the pineapple taste was definately more prevelant in this recipe. I served it at a bunco party and the women loved it. They also appreciated the fact that it was left virgin and they could add their choice of mixers. Based on my party, I would say the number of servings is much closer to 50 than 100 u..."
