"This is great recipe for lighter coleslaw without the heaviness of mayonnaise. Add 1/2 to shredded cabbage. You can add mayonnaise if you prefer."

Shared Recipe Dark Chili Power

I mainly stick to grilling and breakfasts though I dabble with the other meals if I can cook something that can compare to my wife's. As a result I specialize so I don't have a lot of recipies. I also take forever to find the right ingredients. Sometimes I come up with a taste and idea I want and I just keep shooting for it. It is not uncommon for me to try different variations five or ten times until I can get it they way I want it.

"This is a modified Boston Baked Beans recipe. I use a crockpot and let it simmer for 4-6 hours. This is always a BBQ favorite."
