"This recipe is so delicious that even my little picky eaters enjoyed it. All the ingredients go together well with a pleasing flavor. This is a great dish for a family meal or for company. Use a fresh lemon for the juice and zest if you have one on hand. I skipped the pine nuts but it turned out fine."

"I made this as an appetizer for a family get together and it was well received. It does taste exactly like a reuben sandwich. Next time I will try replacing the corned beef with sliced deli turkey to appeal to a larger crowd (and a little healthier. This dish can be a very messy when trying to dip bread in (because it is so thick make sure to ha..."

"I made this recipe (after seeing it printed in kraft foods magazine because I am searching for a really good cream filled cupcake. They were easy, tasted good, and went fast at the picnic. As another reviewer mentioned when I used a 1/4 cup of batter on the bottom I ran out of batter to cover the filling. I have to admit that I thought these woul..."

"This is a simple recipe that can easily be changed to include other ingredients you may have on hand. I had 1 lb. of ground beef and a 14.5 oz. box of pasta so I doubled most of the ingredients. I also added pepperoni because I had a bag that I wanted to use up. Next time I will probably add some garlic and Italian seasonings and possibly some ric..."

"Excellent! I made this ahead of time (except for adding the marshmallows & nuts. It tasted delicious, and made the house smell great. I did use canned yams instead of fresh, which tasted fine and decreased the prep time. I will make this again (and I won't wait until the holidays!"

"I made this same recipe from the Eagle Brand classic recipes cookbook. The only differences, I used butter instead of margarine and I used a square of unsweetened bakers chocolate in place of the cocoa powder. This cake is moist, flavorful and easy to make. It reminds me of a black bottom cheesecake. Yummy!"
