"Steve- As the recipe stands my family would give your famous chicken 3 stars. They felt it was too buttery so we would cut it back to 1/2 cup and half of the cracker crumbs. We liked the flavor a lot but there was just too much butter floating in the dish. They do want me to try it again making the adjustments though. Thanks for the recipe. P..."

"We loved this recipe. I didn't have the fresh cranberries so I used dried and it came out great. I think maybe even easier to cut than the fresh using the food processor. "I made this recipe to take camping and was it ever a hit!!! Everyone wanted the recipe so I of course told them where to look!!! I used black beans instead of black eyed peas. I also added some fresh garlic to the sugar mixture as it was cooking. I was brainstorming different ways of using this with my brother-in-law and we thought adding ..."

"We made this cake for Easter dinner. While we haven't eaten it yet, we can tell from the snibbles that it is wonderful. I made it in a speciality cake pan and it turned out great. I think it looks better than the loaf version I also did. Thanks for the recipe Ducky!!"

"My family really enjoys these waffles. The only problem is the 30 min. wait time. They aren't fond of that!!: I too have forgotten the lemon and done the lemon juice but just isn't the same. Thanks for taking the time to post this recipe. Paddles."
