    About Me

I love to cook! 'Zaar has been such a wonderful find for me, because I have learned so many things from reading the boards, having my questions answered by such knowledgeable people, and trying so
    many new and fabulous recipes.

    Favorite Foods

I love most seafood, prawns in particular. Lamb, YUM! probably my favourite of all! (and we are so lucky to get a local lamb each fall, cut and wrapped to our specifications). Braised Lamb shanks, roast leg of lamb (with English style mint sauce)-HEAVEN! Of course, fresh local, or on occasions, home-grown vegetables are absolutely fabulous!
