"Excellent recipe! On the advice of another commenter, I used 1 1/4 cups rice flour and 1/4 cup potato flour (NOT potato starch instead of the 1 3/4 cups GF flour. Also, I did not measure my bananas, just used four - what I would consider - medium-sized bananas and mashed them. In place of the raisins, I used Enjoy Life chocolate chips. This r..."

"So far, I have only made the battered chicken part of this recipe. I wanted to have a good, thick and crispy battered chicken to use with some leftover Asian style sauce I had made for some pork chops a few days ago. This fit the bill perfectly. It crisps up nicely and does not get soggy when put into a saucy dish. I can't wait to try making t..."

"Just as I remember it from years ago! The changes I made were to use one 10oz bag of Enjoy Life chocolate chips, GFCF butter substitute, 1/2 peanut butter and 1/2 sunflower seed butter, and a box of Rice Chex. This made the recipe gluten and casein free. I used regular store-bought confectioners' sugar but if you are avoiding corn, you will of ..."

"This is a really good salsa recipe but I think next time I will leave out the olive oil. I'm not one of those "fat-free" freaks - I simply don't see the purpose of oil in a salsa recipe and I feel it didn't really add anything to the salsa, other than to give it a boost of good fats."

"Although not true Bolognese sauce, this is a very good recipe. The change I made was to use one pound of Italian sausage instead of ground beef and that gave it a little extra zip. Do not be alarmed at the seemingly large amounts of seasonings called for, as they are right on target."

"Awesome!!! Best steak we've had at home in a LONG time! I took a chance on making this even without having celery seeds on hand. We didn't even miss them."

"Prior to preparing this recipe I was a quinoa virgin. This recipe was very easy (aside from the pain of washing the quinoa and tastes incredible!!! We had chicken with this but I ate so much of the quinoa that I only ate a few bites of chicken. We have recently began a gluten-free, casein free diet so this looked like a good option for a side ..."

"Made the recipe just as stated this first time and used maraschino cherries for the "add-in." We couldn't wait to eat them so had them while still warm with a dollop of ice cream. Incredibly good and an inexpensive alternate to my more-expensive-to-make favorite brownie recipe by Ben & Jerry."

"I have made this two times now - one time using oil and one time using butter. I prefer making it with butter. The vanilla does add a nice touch as does sprinkling a bit of sugar on the top of each muffin before baking. These also freeze well."
