"Yummy, yummy! The bread had a nice crisp exterior and moist interior. Great flavor. The amount of spices and vanilla really worked with this bread. I reduced the quantities to make one loaf, and I had to substitute canola oil for the Crisco. I cut out the water completely since the oil is liquid and I know my zucchini from the garden has quit..."

"Delicious! I think the sweetness from the brown sugar and molasses really make this a tasty rye bread. Good rye flavor, too. Mine didn't rise too much, it turned out more like a square without the rounded top. I subbed butter for the Crisco, and that may have been the reason. I'll definitely make this again."

"This is a good basic dish with subtle coconut flavor. I loved the addition of spinach to the dish. I'm not familiar with authentic Polynesian food, and this may be an outstanding example of the cuisine. However, living in Texas, I'm used to bold and spicy flavors. So for my taste, this was rather bland."

"We loved this soup! I used queso fresco and it crumbled nicely in the soup. It didn't melt all the way and there were lovely chunks of potato, corn kernels and bits of mild and tasty cheese in every bite. So simple, yet so delicious. I served it with a green salad for a complete meal."

"We loved these refried beans. I had a can of pinto beans, so I used that instead of the kidney beans. I also used minced fresh jalapeno for the chile pepper. We like a little texture in our refried beans, so I used a potato masher instead of the stick blender. They were easy and fast to make, and tasted delicious. It doesn't get much better t..."

"This is a great way to eat lots of veggies. Although I followed the recipe this time, I can see using this as a base recipe to alter depending on ingredients you have on hand, and adding some herbs and/or spicy peppers. I have to admit that I was tempted to skip the blending process because the roasted veggies were so beautiful."

"This unusual (for me mix of spices smells heavenly, and a tiny taste on my finger makes me want to use it very soon. I plan to try it in peppersoup or stew very soon, and will come back to post how it turned out."

"A very nice and simple to prepare meat and potato dish. Definitely comfort food. I made half the recipe using the tail end of a whole tenderloin I'd saved in the freezer. While this part of the tenderloin has a lot of fat and silverskin woven through it, the bite size tenderloin pieces I cut from it were tender and perfect for this recipe."

"Yummy Italian sandwich! Without the olive salad it doesn't remind me of a muffuletta, but it's one of the best tasting Italian subs I've had."

"Fresh, fresh, fresh! This simple salad was excellent. Perfect for a hot summer evening. It came together in no time. It had just the right amount hot pepper to really add some zing. I'll definitely make this again."
