    Reviewed Authentic Jamaican Jerk Sauce

    "I have made this twice....and it is good, but IMO, too heavy on the allspice. I will cut it back to about 1/2 that amount or a little more. Also, in my second batch, I did something a Jamaican friend of mine told me to do, add some orange juice and some orange zest. That made it even better,not that the original is bad - far from it. Good recipe."

    New Topic Making Ootmeal Cookies less "cakey"? in Cooking Q & A

    "I have followed the recipe 2x from the top of Quaker oatmeal for oatmeal cookies, and I don't like the way they turn out. They are too light and airy for my taste. Plus, they need more sugar than the recipe calls for as they aren't really sweet.

    I would like them to be more dense and chewy, not so cakey."
