"My wife has asked me to make the original "Thompson's Turkey" this weekend for a dinner with friends. I have made it before, and it is awesome, but it is a HUGE pain in the keester to make. I think it has 37 ingredients, which is about 27 more ingredients than I will usually use when I cook.

"But here is the kicker.... they hate chunks of vegetables. They don't even like to see cooked veggies, though they eat lots of raw veggies. Something about cooked veggies just throws them into a tizzie, unless it is broccoli or corn.
