Reviewed Ethiopian Chicken Doro Wat (Stew)
"Delicious and the most "authentic" tasting/looking recipe for Doro Wat I've seen on food.com. Closest to my Ethiopian sister's recipe. We don't usually add the sugar, but I liked how it subtly changed the flavor. We added 2 T vinegar just before serving."

Shared Recipe Whole Wheat Sesame Noodles
"An adaptation of Mark Bittman's/anyone's famous sesame noodles. Great served hot, room temperature or cold. I either make extra dressing or wait to dress noodles until about to eat since they tend to soak up sauce."

Reviewed Thai Tapioca Pudding
"This is wonderful! Exactly the dessert I've been dreaming about ever since I had it at a Thai restaurant. I modified the recipe though--used about 3/4 C small Thai colored tapioca, only 1.5 C coconut milk, and 2/3 C sugar. Delicious."
