    "Delicious and the most "authentic" tasting/looking recipe for Doro Wat I've seen on food.com. Closest to my Ethiopian sister's recipe. We don't usually add the sugar, but I liked how it subtly changed the flavor. We added 2 T vinegar just before serving."
