"For what it is, this recipe is great. It's quick and easy and the finished product is tasty. Follow the directions as closely as you can because I edited the recipe a little my second try and it didn't come out as well [DEFINITELY leave the juices in the pot or it WILL dry out]This is mild enough in taste that we used it for pulled pork sandwich..."

"I used this recipe for my first crack at Chicken Marsala and WOW was it good. I did add a little flour and extra butter into the finished sauce to get a slightly thicker outcome, but even with my recipe fiddling, my Husband has announced we no longer need to go out for Italian anymore LOL"

"This is quick and simple! I had some ground beef already browned from a previous meal and was literally done making dinner in 15 minutes [time included the egg noodle cooking time]. I added a little extra garlic salt and doubled the mushrooms. My husband, who ever does, went for seconds and even licked the serving spoon. Definitely a keeper!"
