"I've been using this recipe for quite a while and didn't realize I didn't rate it. So, here goes - it's a wonderful, simple Italian bread recipe. I use my KitchenAid mixer to make the dough, and it always turns out wonderful. Great with a bowl of homemade soup, or sometimes I form it into rolls for wonderful homemade hoagie rolls. Yum!!"

"Great wraps!! I make these once a week - we love them! And, who'd have thought they'd be so easy to make? Sometimes I add several cloves of roasted garlic in when processing or italian seasoning - adds a bit of flavor."

"Have made these several times now - they are great! I've made them into "hamburger" roll size for sandwiches, dinner rolls, and even took part of the dough and put into a loaf pan for bread - always taste wonderful and have a nice light texture. I use the water I cooked the potatoes in for the warm water - great recipe."
