    Reviewed Lemon Ginger Tea

    "I love ginger-lemon tea but this is too weak for me. I simply slice mine into paper thin slices, without peeling it, bring it to the boil, then turn it down and let it simmer for 30 mins then cover it and let it sit overnight. That way it develops a really strong ginger flavour and a lovely brown colour. Next morning I strain it and either bot"
