    Shared Recipe Easy Nutella Pockets

"I have fond memories of Nutella growing up (me, not the Nutella) and came up with this quick dessert to satisfy a craving. Fair warning: one isn't enough."

    Shared Recipe Easy Pumpkin Muffins

"You can't get much easier than starting off with a cake mix and a can of pumpkin! The bonus? No oil in these incredibly moist muffins! I like the crunch of coarse raw sugar on top of them, but you can also use white or brown sugar or make a streusel topping. About Me

I am a stay-at-home mom of two wonderful girls (10 and 4 years old). My husband of 16 years is in the U.S. Air Force and we are currently in Charleston, South Carolina. I really started baking in college. Any time I would have a couple of hours to kill (and instead of studying), I would bake. My husband is partial to chocolate and peanut butter so that is usually my focus, but I like it all!

    Favorite Foods

I love seafood, cheese, bread, and (if this were a perfect world) anything breaded and fried. Oh, and I've never had anything bad that contained cream cheese--whether a sweet or savory dish. Yum!
