"Wonderful, really really good. I made these regular sized and used for dinner. Kids tucked them into soft taco shells.

I like the texture with the cornmeal - it was dense, but still tender. The seasoning was very good.

I cooked this is my crockpot on low for 4 hours and were fine.

    Thanks"

"Excellent recipe - DH said it was better than our local fish place. I did make a few changes: 1 Used 1/2 crab and 1/2 shrimp. Crab is a little rich for me. 1 lb of crab really flaovered it and there was lots of it. 2 Only 1 chipotle - and that was just the right spice for me! 3 Forgot to buy clam juice - so I used chicken stock. I used ..."

"This was very good, although a wee bit on the salty side. It is very important to make sure that you have pork that is not already treated. ( I used organic pork with no additives . I marinated it for 6 hours, next time I will cut it down a bit ( 3 hours and maybe that will cut the salt a bit. The directions were excellent - the pork came out ..."

"I really enjoyed this. Made for the new kids on the block game. I found the spice to be just right. I did not have any cardamom - so I left it out. It was quick easy and VERY satisfying. Crusty bread to dip in the sauce is a must. I used the sour cream and dried cilantro. Thanks this will go in my regular rotation for my veggie nights."
