"Easy to follow directions. I prebaked then added sauce and toppings to finish baking. I liked the crispy crust. I would like to discover a way to add more flavor to the crust."

"I liked the mixture of 8 ozs Mexican cheese plus 4 ozs Monterey Jack. I used 2 cups of rotisserie chicken (dark and white). Followed the recipe and LOVE it. I like extra heat but my SO has GERD, so the green chilies did add the needed flavor with no heat."

"I've been trying for years to make a meatloaf I would cook again. Well, this is it. Moist, very flavorful, firm, not fatty, and the cooked turkey bacon is a great addition. I made it per recipe."

    LinMarie says:

"There is no way this version of Frogmore Stew could rate 5 stars. The first mistake is the turkey sausage. You need smoked sausage or kielbasa for the fat and flavor. Cool the broth and store the leftovers in the liquid. The ingredients will be even better the next day. The more Old Bay, the better."

"I liked the combo of flavors and the tenderness, but this recipe calls for no salt and certainly needs it."
