"A nice and quick apple dessert. I used a gluten free flour blend. It made a light sauce that was not overly sweet. The dish was served warm with vanilla ice cream. Made for Aussie Swap."

"The flavors are excellent. Steel-head trout was used in place of the salmon. I did have have problems with the olive tampenade adhering to the fish. I think that next time I would grill the fish, turn and top it with the olive mixture. This was served with oven roasted corn on the cob and asparagus. Made for Aussie Swap."

"For the 2 of us I used 1 can of green beans, chopped a slice of bacon and a couple of garlic cloves. The flavor was awesome. A wonderful fix for canned beans. This is one that I will make again."

"This is an excellent recipe. I did make a couple of adjustments by using flounder fillets for the fish and chicken stock in place of the wine. The flour was a brown rice blend. It was served with a wild rice blend and steamed broccoli for a wonderfully quick meal."

"This does make a yummy breakfast. I recently participated in the spice swap and got a jar of sumac. This recipe caught my attention and I'm so glad it did. I did use non-stick pans and couldn't see using as much oil as called. The potatoes were cooked in a small amount of olive oil and the eggs were prepared in a separate pan. After the eggs ..."

"I only had 5 skinless chicken legs and did have extra sauce. This is really yummy and very easy to make. The bell pepper and onions were placed in the Vita-Mix along with the remaining sauce ingredients. After the chicken was cooked through it was cooked in the sauce for several minutes and glazed nicely. This was served on top of Chinese Blac..."

"Made for Dining on a Dollar February 2012. This slaw does not get soggy. The water and vinegar method does work. I enjoy oriental slaw and was attracted to this recipe because of the well thought out ingredients list. I did reduce the radishes as mine were rather large. Sliced almonds were used. My only suggestion would be to toast the almonds..."

"Loved the salad! I had to make some adjustments based on ingredients on hand. Dried French Lentils were cooked till tender and used in place of the canned and the zucchini squash became a small summer squash. The salad was served topped with crumbled feta cheese, sliced tomatoes and poppodums. A very nice dinner. Made for Aussie Swap."

"I love crock pot cooking and this recipe was super easy to put together. After cooking the sauce was placed in a saucepan and thickened with a touch of cornstarch. The chops were added back in and allowed to get a nice glaze before serving. These were served on top of rice with a side salad. Thanks for sharing this recipe."

"These are so simple and amazingly good. I used to chicken breasts that were cut lengthwise and then cut into strips. I only let the chicken marinade for about 45 minutes. The meat was well flavored and very moist. They were served on to of yellow rice for a delicious meal. Made for Aussie Swap."
