    "Was planning to fire up my big smoker Saturday but thunderstorms changed my plans. So I decided to cook all I had to do, over a two day period on my Akorn and did it in batches. It worked out great.

    About Me

    Love to cook, camp, hunt, flyfish and tie flys. Am married for 34 years to a great cook(just look at my waistline). I am an anti- vegan(not really I just dont understand the attraction),I do eat my veggies but I am a meat lover. I have 3 children all grown and have 6 Grandchildren . I am a vietnam era vet(stationed in Germany),served in the Army 1972-1975 and Georgia Army National Guard from 1975-1987.
    I am in the HR Department here at work, in charge of Payroll,thus the handle. I love to grill and smoke food outdoors. I cook some inside but mostly outside.My favorite cookbook so far is the Weber Cookbook.My pet Peeves are Liberals. Much like Vegans,I just don't understand them.Hope I can contribute something useful to this good site. Y'all have already contributed to me.Thanks
