    About Me

    As the oldest daughter, I grew up helping mom in her kitchen. She made everything from scratch, just like her mom taught her, and that's the way I cook today. I have an organic garden with fresh tomatoes and an assortment of herbs that I use at Peach Brandy Cottage.  I enjoy serving food that was just picked a few hours ago.

    I have special memories of Sunday dinners at my grandmother's house, with aunts, uncles and cousins laughing and enjoying meals togeher. We try to recreate that feeling from a bygone era, and I have a photo of my grandmother (born 1895) washing dishes in her simple country kitchen during the depression; it's hanging in my huge commercial kitchen. I know that she would be so proud to enjoy the success that she helped to create for her family in her own way, so many years ago.

    Favorite Foods

    We specialize in Southern Comfort foods. We serve meals buffet style so everyone can have exactly what they want. We offer a choice from 25 entrees, and more than 25 sides, plus salad, bread, desserts and beverages.

    We make all of our own Salad Dressings, Sauces, and Dips, and people are amazed at how wonderful food tastes when it isn't loaded with preservatives.
