"These cookies are a favorite in our house. The are rich and very chocolatey. They bake up quickly. I follow the recipe exactly and never have a problem. A couple of times I omitted the brown sugar because I didn't have any, and the cookies still turned out great. These have tons of butter and are very fattening, but the rich taste and texture..."

"I make these bars often, and everyone loves them. I take them to church functions, and they always disappear. The recipe is easy and quick. The bars are very lemony and the bottom is chewy. I always omit the lemon rind because I never seem to have any on hand. That's the only change I make. Thank you for posting this great recipe."

"I am re-reviewing this recipe. The first time I made it I ended up with a soupy mess, which was a month ago, and it's been bugging me ever since. I am happy to report that I am the one that made the mistake, because when made properly this pie is fantastic. I think I added too few eggs last time. This pie is rich and sweet and just wonderful a..."

"I made this and served it with pigs in a blanket on the advice of swimmer175. My finicky in-laws went ga-ga over it, and they asked me to make it for them again. I served it hot, by the way. Thank you for the recipe. Anything that makes my in-laws happy has to be fantastic."

"I halved this recipe, and I used ground sausage and one part ketchup, one part bottled BBQ sauce. I served it with buttered rolls and fruit, and it was a Huge Hit. Thank you for posting this great recipe. I'm sure I'll make it again and again."

"These cookies were so puffy they looked like biscuits, and I didn't like how goopy and sticky the dough was either. I frosted them and added colored sprinkles, but I still didn't like how they looked. They were very lemony, and the frosting is a must. These didn't go over very well in our family, unfortunately."

"I've made this twice, both times for company, and everyone loves it. I'm almost embarrassed when people ask me how I made it because it's so easy! Thank you for posting this great party dip recipe."

"This is the best fudge recipe I've ever tried and it's also best fudge I've ever tasted. It mixes easily, sets quickly, and the cinnamon gives it that little extra something special. The only alteration I made was I used a heaping 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, I omitted the nuts because I didn't have any on hand. Thank you so much for posting this..."

"I made this without the lemon rind and food coloring because I didn't have any on hand. This frosting turned out perfect! The flavor is very lemony and not too sweet, the consistency is rich and creamy, and the frosting dried to a nice consistency too. I used it to frost sugar cookies. Without the food coloring it was a very pale yellow, almos..."

"My family did not like this recipe because it is too bland, and mine ended up more like a goulash than a soup. The cheese from the package did not mix well either. I should have listened to the other reviewer and added more spices and used beef broth. I might try this again because it's quick and easy."
