"These were great! I used a gluten free flour mix in my cookies, which possibly made them a bit thicker. Two layers were too much, but that's okay, because we had twice as many cookies. I loved the crunch of the finished product.... couldn't stop eating them. Oh, by the way, I made orange instead of mint: I added more orange peel to the recipe. Nex..."

"My non-GF family liked this recipe. In my opinion, just the right amount of sweetness. This recipe will be used again. Thanks for sharing it!"

"These were great, after one major change: I used 1 T baking soda in a sauce pan filled with 1" of water. Using 2 T soda per cup of water made the pretzels inedible. I also used 2 T more water in the recipe, as I felt the dough needed to be a bit less dry, and used 4 t xanthan gum for the 5 cups of flour mix. I'm so glad I found this recipe. It wor..."

"These cookies are soft and wonderful. Just remember to bake them until barely browned. To cover the "beany" taste some complain of, I add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon to the recipe. Perfection. Thanks so much for posting this recipe!"

"Wow, these are good! My son says they are his favorite. I make a batch and freeze for on-the-go snacks. I have also changed it up on occasion by substituting the chips, coconut and nuts with a cup of GF granola, omitting the honey, and a..."

"I'm so glad I found this recipe; cream cheese danish is my fave. The one thing I did to make these from great to WOW - I swapped the 1/4 cup of potato starch for rice flour or another flour such as sorghum. They were less gummy this way. I used the back of a wet spoon to make a crater in the middle of the danish. More room to hold all the yummy fi..."

"These are my standby GF oatmeal cookies. They are moist and delicious. I am surprised these gems haven't had more reviews before this one...they deserve more attention. Thank you for sharing this recipe. it's a keeper. The only change I made was cut the sugar in half, as I found them a bit too sweet for me."

"These are delicious. I make them often and share this recipe with fellow GF eaters from my keeper recipe collection. I like to add 1/2 t of cinnamon to help bring out the flavor of fruit I add to it."
