    About Me

I live in Atlanta and married to my best friend. I Absolutely love to cook. It's definitely my therapy!
When not cooking, I am at the barn riding my Hunter/Jumper. I am a dual-citizen of Ireland so I'm always on the hunt for new European recipes. Meat pies with puff pastry are a weakness of mine.
In my opinion, there is nothing better than ending the day with a glass (or two) of wine and a fantastic home cooked meal. My husband would agree!

    Favorite Foods

I try to cook a variety of dishes to expand my culinary horizon! I make a "menu" each week and add one new dish to try. I am famous with friends for my chicken parmigiana with linguine. (That was also the first dish I made for my husband when we were dating!)

I look forward to the changing of each seasons to cook meals appropriate to that time of year. During Fall/Winter: lasagna, soups, braised and slow cooker dishes. Summer: salads, fresh veggies and lots of things cooked on the grill.

My husband and I rarely eat out unless we are on vacation or get a sushi craving. LOVE sushi!

Never had a sweet tooth....but I love making desserts. I will have a spoonful and my husband will eat the rest!

The word "Nosh" or "Noshing" totally grosses me out for some reason.
