    About Me

Married, mom of one. Would love to cook for a living....but alas....I'm a State worker! I'm a real fan of "Cook's Illustrated" and can always find something interesting in one of their magazines. Prefer recipes where everything is "from scratch"...can't stand adding cream of "whatever" soup or a box of prepared mix.

    Favorite Foods

I could live on pasta. I love to try new desserts. Indian food is my favorite but I don't cook much of it due to the fact that I can't/won't spend that much on "super" fresh spices....and you need these for Indian food. Thai would be my next favorite. Yum!
