Reviewed Yummy so Easy Orange Chip Muffins

"These are awesome. I've made them so many times, always with great results. Then of course, the day I make them for a bake sale, I'm out of vegetable oil so sub Olive oil. Yuck. and I'm in a rush so I scoop instead of sprinkle the topping on. Bad Bad Bad. the topping sunk to the middle and made horrible looking muffins. Stick to the recipe and all ..."

    Reviewed Amish Macaroni Salad

"I've been using your recipe for years without doing a review! As written it's pretty good. I take out the red bell pepper, change the dill to sweet peppers, change the vinegar to milk and add a can of drained tuna. Then it's exactly what my mom used to make! Thank you for giving me a recipe to work from to create my mom's!!"

"This is what my mom always made. I'm pretty sure it's from her BHG red/white cookbook."

Shared Recipe Eastern North Carolina Cole Slaw

"This is usually served on top of Eastern NC pork BBQ. Found somewhere on the web with a reference to a book by Bob Garner, "North Carolina BBQ -- Flavored by Time." It also says "Recipe by Ruthie Garner" but I'm not sure if that's who put it on the web from the book or that's who gave the recipe to the book. Also served on NC Crab cake sandwiches...."

Shared Recipe Swim Team Sloppy Joes

"In the 1980's in Barbers Point Hawaii, our swim team would do fundraisers. Each family would make this recipe and it would all get dumped together so we had enough to sell. It's a very sweet recipe. not spicy at all. A million times better than Manwich."
