Hi everyone! I'm Jen - I am a student as well as an actor, dancer, and singer. I'm also a waitress at a local BBQ restaurant. I love to perform, travel, cook and bake, and workout. Though my schedule is too full to cook as much as I like, I always try to find time to try new recipes and perfect my favorites.
I absolutely love Italian food - it is my favorite to cook and eat! Anything with garlic is wonderful. I also love Japanese food, though I have yet to be successful in cooking it.
I cook to stay healthy. I eat a lot of fruits, veggies, and lean meats, and try to keep away from anything fried, and high in fat/sodium (my love of carbs kills the diet occasionally ;)). My goal is to take healthy ingredients and make tasty, nutritional dishes.
I also love to bake. Cookies, muffins, brownies, cakes... love it all.
