    About Me

    I live in Seattle.
I have a website at www.thevagos.net which has a cooking page on it. It contains all the recipes I've tried to make.
    The specific url is http://benedict.isomedia.com/homes/tpvago/Cooking.html

My belief is that anyone can cook. It's just combining ingredients and heating them up (the cooking part). Alton Brown has a great show explaining the science behind cooking called "good eats".

Also I believe that you should try to make every popular dish in the world at least once ! When I eat out it gives me ideas on what to make next !
