"Just delicious! Such an easy recipe as well. We seasoned the lemon slices and garlic with some thyme before putting them under the skin so the flavour of the thyme would mix with the lemon and go right through the breast, and that worked really nicely. This recipe's a keeper!"

"Just brilliant! I admit, the first time i made them i burnt them, but that was my fault!! the second time they came out so light and fluffy. My old pancake recipe often left them with a slightly tough skin, but that was not at all the case with these!! The only downside is that now i want to make them all the time!!"
