    I am trying to juggle appalling hours at work with an absolute determination NOT to give in to instant meals!

    I am also committed to a reduced meat diet (can't give it up completely, far too tasty) and so keep looking for quick and easy veggie options that aren't just stir fry!

    Favorite Foods

    Sushi, roast chicken and all the trimmings, fish pie, pasta al'arriabata, onion tart, chocolate cake, hot choc that knocks you out!

    I am famous for my coq au vin, my sausage casserole (I tend to cook meat when people visit), my onion gravy and kedgeree!
