"This was simply amazing. I mixed cultures and made this with creamy asparagus risotto. It was to die for. The mushrooms were awesome! I used some Cabernet Sauvignon as the wine. So awesome."

"Made this tonight with slightly modified confetti rice (#109755.

Used panko for breadcrumbs. This didn't seem like enough to cover my tilapia so I doubled the breadcrumbs and parmesan but I left the Italian seasoning and garlic powder at 1 tbsp because more than that just seemed like overkill. Seemed like it would have been easier to me ..."

"My carrots had seen better days so I decided to toss them instead of using them. (: Used a half can of corn instead (I know, I know and had a huge zucchini from the garden, so I peeled and shredded it and used about a third. Used chicken broth, long grain white rice and some garlic powder and a dash of cayenne pepper at the end. Oh, and we didn't..."

"Awesome! I made this for my fiance and I and two of our guests... I had to halve the recipe but we still all got two slices, so it was perfect for us. Really really good! Thanks for the recipe, I'll be saving this one :"

"This is amazing! Realized I had all the ingredients and whipped it up tonight. I cut the chicken into small pieces like most others, and omitted peppers due to personal taste. When I pulled it out of the oven the first time to add the shrimp, though, I noticed that it was really really dry. In fact, I had to add another can of tomatoes and another..."

"Wow, I feel like I must have done something wrong because this was absolutely horrible. It wasn't sweet or tart enough -- just bland and tasted like egg and cream cheese. I have no idea what I did wrong. Maybe too much egg? Great texture, but horrible taste."

"Really great recipe! I did make a few changes overall, but this is my favorite curry recipe I've tried so far. I made it vegetarian, with grilled eggplant instead of chicken, and it worked out nicely. Also, I used sundried tomato paste instead of canned tomatoes, since that was what I had on hand, and ended up not putting in the honey (would have ..."
